Make Up and Communication Policies:

Make Up Policy:

  •  If sessions are missed because the clinician is sick or has a last-minute change in schedule, we will accommodate your makeup requests to the extent possible. However, no make-ups will be made for clinician vacation time or public holidays unless prearranged with your clinician. No session charges will occur in the event of a therapist's absence. 

    • playSense is closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day through New Year’s Day.
