  • Full-time

    • Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

    • California Occupational Therapy License

    • Advanced training in sensory integration, particularly Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI)

    • Proficiency in administering pediatric assessment tools such as SIPT, EASI, Bayley-4, PDMS-3, and BOT-3

    • Experience with online scheduling and documentation systems

    • Excellent communication skills with clients, professionals, and family members

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

    • Must be able to stand for extended periods

    • Flexibility to sit, stand, reach, and kneel for prolonged durations.

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    • Deliver thorough and high-quality treatment services aligned with ASI principles

    • Maintain detailed documentation of treatment outcomes and client progress

    • Manage therapy materials and maintain therapy spaces

    • Communicate effectively via email, voicemail, and in-person with clients and community partners

    • Participate in supervision, mentoring, and team meetings

    • Manage caseloads and scheduling efficiently

    • Provide therapy in clinic, home, community, and school-based settings

    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain client confidentiality

    • Uphold professional license requirements and seek ongoing professional development

  • Full-time salaried position with a competitive compensation package:

    • Base salary starting at $72,000 annually

    • Productivity-based incentives allowing earnings up to $102,000 annually based on average billable hours
